1. Be a strong business partner to Surgical franchise team. 
2. Provide financial information & sound analysis to support decision making for the franchise. Review & challenge key assumptions to ensure decisions are accretive to the business in short term & long term.
3. Preparation of financials to support planning cycles such as annual budgeting cycle, regular forecasting cycles and long-term strategic plans (as & when required). Be thorough & analytical on key assumptions provided by commercial team in building the forecasts. 
4. Maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support the planning process.
5. Work hand-in-hand with Bangalore BPA team to deliver month-end analysis & reports.
6. Assist in the preparation of various reporting decks (such as Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Strategic plan and ad-hoc business reviews), which are presented to the Regional Office
7. Collaborate with FRA, Commercial, Bangalore BPA and Other functional teams in supporting the month end activities from finance standpoint.
8. Contribute to driving productivity initiatives across the business & organization.
9. Adhoc requests for business decision making as and when required. 

Ideal Background (State the preferred education and experience level)

Education (Minimum/Preferred):
- Minimum: University degree with focus on Accounting/Business Finance/ Business Management
Languages:
- Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English
Experience (Minimum/Preferred):
- Minimum: 4 to 6 years experience at accounting and/or financial planning department in multi-national company(s).
- Preferred: 4 years experiences in business analyst role having advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & SAP.
