About the Role

Join us as an Operations Intern with our new International Wealth business today! You will be dedicated to a newly set-up business division and your role will be primarily supporting User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) for new system implementation, and other administrative support as requested by the Operations Manager.

1.Dashboard design and creation

  • Analyse current business process for sellers' incentives/ introducer campaigns based on matrix for measurement of success and target achieved.

  • Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and implement dashboard for daily tracking.

2. Systems & Digital Tool Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement tools and automation solutions to streamline manual processes for day 1 manual generation of reports and statements, data validation, and other repetitive tasks.

  • Assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.

3. Ad-Hoc Tasks:

  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to details.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, VBA, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical and research skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

  • Background in STEM, preferably areas of Computing Science, lnfocom Technology

  • Any coding experience is a plus.

  • Develop a strong understanding of requirements on High-Net-Worth (HNW) needs within the Financial Institution (Fl) space.

  • Enhance project management and coordination skills through participating in the delivery of key projects and initiatives.

  • Defining project scope and objectives

  • Developing and managing project timelines and budgets

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

  • Identifying and mitigating project risks

  • Gain practical experience in applying analytical and problem-solving skills by conducting research, analysing data, and developing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction within the HNW segment.
