Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Vendor Management Analyst to support sourcing, procurement, and vendor management activities for network infrastructure and technology-related requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, and effective vendor engagement. The Analyst will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement activities while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Roles & Responsibilities: Procurement & Sourcing Management Support end-to-end procurement activities, including requisition, sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination. Assist in developing and executing sourcing strategies to achieve business and operational objectives. Participate in supplier evaluations, bid assessments, and vendor selection processes. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and contractual requirements. Vendor Relationship Management Coordinate with strategic vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Participate in weekly vendor governance and status review meetings. Track vendor performance, service levels, and contract compliance. Assist in resolving supplier-related issues and escalations. Network Infrastructure Procurement Support Manage procurement activities related to network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and connectivity equipment. Collaborate with technical teams to understand infrastructure requirements and align procurement activities accordingly. Support inventory planning, procurement forecasting, and asset acquisition processes. Process Improvement & Reporting Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ensure accurate documentation throughout the procurement lifecycle. Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, and reports. Utilize procurement tools and platforms to track purchase requests, approvals, and procurement status. Prepare procurement metrics, reports, and presentations for management review. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of Procurement, Sourcing, and Vendor Management processes. Experience in Procurement Strategy and Supplier Relationship Management. Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure technologies and network equipment procurement. Experience working with procurement platforms such as BuyNow or similar procurement tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint. Knowledge of contract management, supplier negotiations, and procurement reporting. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Flexible and adaptable to work in a 24x7 operational environment when required. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, or supply chain functions. Exposure to technology or network infrastructure procurement is preferred. Relevant procurement or supply chain certifications will be an added advantage.
