The Brand Creative Director leads the direction of campaigns and brand projects across the EMEA region. This means defining ideas, developing creative concepts, and making sure the approach fits the brief, and our global brand guidelines. The role partners with marketers, media professionals, social teams and agencies to move work from early thinking to delivery.
The Creative Director helps maintain and expand Adobe’s brand across different markets. This includes guiding teams on tone, visuals, and storytelling across brand campaigns, partnerships and experiences. It’s a mix of structure and flexibility, and it works best with someone who enjoys variety.
They understand our audiences deeply, employing trends and insights to build work that is mindful of cultural shifts.
Collaboration is at the center of the job. The role connects with the global Studio team, Brand Operations, Partnership, Event and Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and agency partners.
Experience in creative direction or senior art direction is important, along with a portfolio that shows clear thinking and strong brand storytelling across multiple channels. Experience working across multiple countries or cultures helps, as does comfort working with many types of partners. Leadership experience matters, especially when guiding agency and hybrid creative teams through fast‑paced work.
