THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Partnership Engagement Marketing, Specialist who is responsible as a critical partnership marketing connector between AIA and bancassurance headquarters (Banca HO) of our bank partners, as well as between AIA and diverse salesforces across multiple partnership models; being accountable for activating partnership engagement and maintain salesforce engagement through marketing initiatives and activities.

Beyond that, this position must be ready to set up and implement partnership marketing frameworks for new acquisitions, including both banking and non-banking partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with AIA’s joined marketing activities on products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive Partnership Engagement:

  • Represent as the key person of partnership marketing between AIA and banking/non-banking partners, as well as diverse sales forces, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate partner communications, including updates on campaigns, promotions, and performance metrics.

Develop and Execute Integrated Campaigns:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of activation campaigns, coordinating with internal teams (marketing, legal, compliance, training) and external stakeholders to deliver implementation of co-branded marketing activities across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for AIA and partners.

Influence Stakeholders:

  • Facilitate negotiations and secure alignment across multiple stakeholders to achieve business goal and optimize fulfilment processes.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and digital teams to align partnership activities with business goals. Coordinate with finance and legal teams for contract management and incentive programs.

Fluent Project Processes:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement sourcing, from briefing vendors to receiving deliverables and processing payments in the Abira system.
  • Ensure all required compliance assessments for purchase orders and contracts are completed
  • Evaluate budget cost with finance partners and final liquidation.

Identify Engagement Opportunities:

  • Proactively analyze partnership dynamics to uncover strategic opportunities, shaping initiatives that meet both AIA’s business goals and partner expectations.

Enable New Partnership Onboarding:

  • Establish and implement marketing frameworks for newly acquired partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with AIA’s brand vision and strategic priorities.

Budget Controlling:

  • Monitor and control the assigned budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with business priorities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in channel marketing, partnership management, or business development (preferably in insurance or financial services).
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving with collaborative mindset with a focus on results
  • Project management and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in relationship management, aligning internal and external expectations, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to create mutual value through seamless communication.
  • Life Insurance / Bancassurance Acumen: Deep understanding of life insurance products and operations, including the complexities of both banking and insurance models.
  • Communication Planning & Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead and implement joint communication plans, managing end-to-end execution with multiple stakeholders and strict timelines.
