Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application development best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect For Benefits.
- Strong experience in designing and developing integrations and custom applications within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Good understanding of business process automation and workflow configuration.
- Experience in collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
