As an Endpoint Engineer II, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint solutions across workstation and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in analyzing and designing IT solutions to optimize business processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, manage workstation and mobile enhancements, and ensure robust security measures. This mid-level role involves collaboration with IT, Security and the business teams to deliver seamless endpoint experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement system configurations to meet specific business requirements.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing advanced issues.

• Implement and maintain robust security measures.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for system-related issues.

• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation and procedures.

• Coordinate system upgrades and modifications with other IT staff.

• Conduct regular system tests to ensure functionality and reliability.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in related field

• Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.

• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.

• Proficiency in managing operating systems (e.g., Windows, Macs, iOS, iPadOS).

• Strong understanding of network and system security protocols.

• Prior experience with administering System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or InTune, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with others.

• Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Proven organizational skills with an attention to detail.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 11.

• Good understanding of Apple Macs.

• 1-2 years' experience managing devices through an MDM (Mobile Device Management).

• 1-2 years' experience managing Windows endpoints using MECM or SCCM.

• Familiarity of scripting language, PowerShell.

• Experience build software packages using PS or AdminStudio.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune.

• 1-2 years' experience supporting Microsoft M365 suite (e.g., Office 365, Teams).

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (AD).

• Strong network fundamentals.

Essential Functions:

• Work primarily at a computer for extended periods.

• Frequent use of hand/finger dexterity for computer work.

• Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.

• Occasional travel may be required.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
