Job Summary
Assists the Security Supervisor in the oversight of day-to-day operations of the Security Department. Assists with integrating and maintaining the Security Management Program for Rapid City Hospital System to provide a well-planned and secure environment for all patients, customers and employees.Monument Health offers competitive wages and benefits on qualifying positions. Required:
Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent in General Studies
Certifications - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) - Within 60 days of hire or transfer; Driver's License - State; Rapid City Security License - City of Rapid City.
Regarding BLS certification: The department you are applying to may require BLS certification sooner than 60 days post transfer/hire. The hiring manager will discuss this with you if it is applicable.
Preferred:
Experience - 1+ years of Supervisor Experience; 3+ years of Healthcare Experience; 3+ years of Security/Safety Experience
