The Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions R&D team is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and driven Embedded Linux Software Development Engineers to join our Engineering team. As a member of the team, you will work with a group of extremely high-performing and innovative Engineers who design, implement, and support world-class end-to-end solutions for On-premise management solution. Work within a multi-disciplined Agile team to design, implement, and support Device Management offerings
Own one or more modules /features including design, build, test, deploy and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure applications in an on-premise computing environment
Conduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation of systems
Support, maintain, and document software functionality
Own end-to-end design, implementation, and CI/CD pipeline for embedded software services
Collaborate across multi-site software service teams and provide expertise and best practice
Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent with at least five (5+) years of hands-on software development experience
Highly proficient in object-oriented design and design patterns
Hands-on experience with any RDBMS data modeling and query optimizations
Hands-on experience on Kubernetes, helm chart, and docker
Good understanding of identifying and fixing Security vulnerabilities
Proficient with Apache Kafka and Redis
Writing and managing bash shell scripts
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes and CI/CD processes
Networking - Routing, Switching, and Forwarding Concepts
GUI Skills - ExtJS, Frontend, Backend JS, ReactJS/AngularJS
Hands-on experience with golang will be an added advantage
