Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support: Assist end-users with hardware and software issues, including operating systems and applications. – 35%
  • Installation: Help install and configure desktop systems, software applications, and peripherals. - 15%
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems, escalating more complex issues to senior staff as needed. – 10%
  • Documentation: Maintain records of support requests and resolutions, and assist in updating system documentation. – 10%
  • System Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance and updates for desktop systems. – 10%
  • Training Support: Help users understand and utilize desktop technologies effectively. – 10%
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the IT team to support various projects and initiatives. – 10%

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems and common applications.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
