Key Responsibilities:
- User Support: Assist end-users with hardware and software issues, including operating systems and applications. – 35%
- Installation: Help install and configure desktop systems, software applications, and peripherals. - 15%
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical problems, escalating more complex issues to senior staff as needed. – 10%
- Documentation: Maintain records of support requests and resolutions, and assist in updating system documentation. – 10%
- System Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance and updates for desktop systems. – 10%
- Training Support: Help users understand and utilize desktop technologies effectively. – 10%
- Team Collaboration: Work with the IT team to support various projects and initiatives. – 10%
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems and common applications.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
