We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Salesforce Data Quality Specialist to support our Commercial Operations team. This role will be dedicated to improving and maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data within Salesforce. The ideal candidate is meticulous, curious, and proactive; someone who not only follows established data management processes but also identifies opportunities to improve them. 

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with interest in sales operations, data management, and/or CRM administration. 

Responsibilities 

Data Cleanup & Maintenance: 

  • Review, update, and correct records in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and completeness  

  • Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate data and perform necessary remediation 

  • Maintain data hygiene standards across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and other objects 

Process Execution & Improvement: 

  • Follow established data governance and entry processes 

  • Recommend enhancements to workflows, validation rules, and data quality procedures 

  • Document new or updated processes to support team enablement 

Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Partner with Sales and cross functional teams to validate information and resolve data issues 

  • Respond to data-related inquiries from sales teams in a timely and professional manner 

  • Support cross-functional initiatives requiring data review or cleanup 

Quality Monitoring & Reporting: 

  • Track and report progress on data cleanup projects 

  • Help surface data trends or recurring issues for continuous improvement 

  • Use dashboards or reports to monitor assigned work and SLAs 

Skills and Competencies  

  • Strong attention to detail; able to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 

  • Comfortable following structured processes and SOPs 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma 

  • 0–1+ years of administrative and/or operational experience 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree 

  • Previous knowledge of Diabetes management 

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and analytical tools, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce dashboards (Classic and/or Lightning)

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $22.52 - $33.79 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
