We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Shipping Supervisor to join our company at our Viluco Research Center, Chile . We are looking for candidates who take initiative, love to learn and enjoy new day to day challenges.

Your Challenge:

  • Lead regulatory compliance at Viluco research center by managing GMO material data, permits and reports, and serving as the main SAG contact. 

  • Lead and coordinate import/export logistic and related activities at the Viluco research center ensuring timely operation, regulatory and phytosanitary compliance.

  • Lead the Quality and Research Management System ensuring and supporting compliance across all center projects & processes to drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventive initiative

  • Ensure EHS standards compliance across activities and participate in site projects or teams as required.

 

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:

  • Degree in Agronomy, Logistics engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or similar studies/demonstrated experience.

  • Advanced user-level proficiency with MS Office programs.

  • Interpersonal, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous process control.

  • High level of responsibility, commitment, proactivity, and adaptability.

  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in an agricultural or seeds company desirable.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English level is required.

  • Knowledge of digitization and data management tools highly desirable.
