What You’ll Do:

Provide effective customer service and dispatch support through in-depth knowledge of company products, programs and services. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Talk with customers by phone and enter data into computer system.

  • Solicit future orders from customers and enter orders into computer system. 

  • Negotiate with customers’ acceptable delivery times to prevent lost orders.

  • Document customer complaints and forward to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative.

  • Assist Dispatch Manager in tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED).

  • Three to five years related customer service experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
