Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing and managing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. You will also be responsible for providing strategic guidance, resolving project-related issues, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Manage and oversee the progress of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management professionals, supporting their professional development and growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in leading and managing complex projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret project data, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in project management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
