Job Summary
This position is responsible for handling all communication with patients who received a WatchPAT device as part of the WatchPAT Direct Service.
Essential Functions
Successfully enter/process new patient information in our internal system, courier system and in Salesforce.
Initializes devices through internal system per patient.
Add and update any additional paperwork for each device per customer.
Accurately create shipping labels.
Upload reports to the system.
Track and maintain deliveries to and from patient.
Answer general phone or email inquiries from patient or sleep clinics.
File return paperwork from patients.
Assist in scheduling and tracking patients and devices.
Assist customers via phone and video with the process of using the device.
Identify issues that would cause delays in delivery, communicate internally and with customers to resolve such issues and satisfy customer’s delivery requirements.
Regular and predictable attendance. Safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.
Language: English, additional languages an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
Minimum of (2) years of experience in Customer Service
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong customer service skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively & maintain professional conduct.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette.
Must have ability to enter data accurately.
Team player.
