Job Summary

This position is responsible for handling all communication with patients who received a WatchPAT device as part of the WatchPAT Direct Service.

Essential Functions

  • Successfully enter/process new patient information in our internal system, courier system and in Salesforce.

  • Initializes devices through internal system per patient.

  • Add and update any additional paperwork for each device per customer.

  • Accurately create shipping labels.

  • Upload reports to the system.

  • Track and maintain deliveries to and from patient.

  • Answer general phone or email inquiries from patient or sleep clinics.

  • File return paperwork from patients.

  • Assist in scheduling and tracking patients and devices.

  • Assist customers via phone and video with the process of using the device.

  • Identify issues that would cause delays in delivery, communicate internally and with customers to resolve such issues and satisfy customer’s delivery requirements.

  • Regular and predictable attendance. Safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.

  • Language: English, additional languages an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.

  • Minimum of (2) years of experience in Customer Service

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively & maintain professional conduct.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.

  • Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette.

  • Must have ability to enter data accurately.

  • Team player.
