• Responsible for a small to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports

• Provide the first level of candidate screening (reviewing CV’s) plus interview arrangements for shortlisted candidates.

• Manage Purchase Order and contract life cycle from issuance, termination, amendment and extension.

• Assist team and Country Lead in implementing business operation improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with vendors /contractors on the invoicing and payment procedures

• Serve as initial escalation point for issues arising from administrative matters

• Handle the day to day operations from contractor sourcing to contractor off-boarding.

• Handle the entire life cycle of the contract term including termination, extension, and amendments.

• Maximum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or other related field

• Strong relationship management skills and eager to learn

• Team player, self-starter, demonstrating initiative, and confidence

• Work well under pressure and dynamic environment

• Thorough/detailed approach to work

• Fluent English and Thai
