Business Planning Program Manager will work with the team responsible for maintaining and improving processes that develop F6 revenue plans, handling performance to plan, inclusive of metrics and data points crucial to the measurement and evaluation of the operation of F6.
As the program manager of the team you will be part of a broad group of individuals within F6 and across the company working to manage and influence F6’s strategic and business planning results.The role will support and influence decisions across the organization based on the insights provided. This position is encouraged to influence internal customers and senior management on an ongoing basis!
On a day-to-day basis, the program manager will develop solutions to business needs and works on ad hoc projects across all business functions as needed. Furthermore, this role will work closely with the Finance and Planning teams to ensure we are able to meet the IPP targets. This role will also be responsible for exploring and introducing new, creative avenues of data utilization to help define strategies that will help the business grow efficiently, effectively, and profitably.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead the development of the F6 business plan, highlight business plan risks, and make recommendations and/or decisions that support business objectives.
Build long term business plans that help achieve the F6 business plans.
Conduct executive reviews of business plans with key stakeholders and perform progress reporting.
Build, define, and implement business processes and metrics that support F6 objectives.
Work cross-functionally with OCT, Finance, planning teams to develop F6 business plan.
Manage programs such as RBA, BCM and BP compliance requirements.
Build and maintain various business analytics and reports on F6 progress
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
3-5 years experience in storage, memory or tech-related field with experience in consumer products
Proven track record to work cross-functionally and across organizations
Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management and translate ambiguity into action
Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
Excellent oral and written presentation skills and a great teammate attitude
