Boeing Poland is seeking Data Analytics Industrial Engineers (Experienced or Senior level) to support our Boeing Global Services (BGS) Data Analytics Team in Gdansk or Warsaw, Poland.
BGS Data Analytics team is responsible for developing standard Industrial Engineering Tier Metrics across all Boeing Global Services departments and providing them before the start of the daily operations cadence. This includes analyzing and processing big data sets to build state of the art Tableau dashboards to support global operations. The successful candidate will be a part of the team broadly responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Tier metrics, critical to ensure continuity of BGS business operations.
Responsibilities:
Application industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product and services to meet program requirements
Development standard Industrial Engineering Tier Metrics across BGS, incl. its design, testing, evaluation of its major functional parameters, and maintenance
Demonstration the use of data-gathering, data-preparation and data-analysis techniques
Ensuring Metrics support, providing summary analysis and metrics for consultation to stakeholders
Researching, designing, development, improvement, and implementation processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and quality improvement
Application of project management skills, incl. but not limited to creation and coordination the project schedule, determination the resource requirement for the projects, identification the hardware and software requirements for project execution, managing the resources throughout the project life cycle
Application of strategic thinking skills to see the high picture; identify risks, issues and opportunities in timely manner, determine set of actions to react the RIO and coordinate its implementation; keep the project aligned with requirements of the customer, business unit and organization
Providing the metrics data by 5 a.m. U.S. Easter time (11 a.m. at CET)
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location. During the first 90 days (probation period) 100% onsite presence is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Fluent level of English
Familiarity with the Tier 1, 2, and 3 structure to develop a standard metric suite
Competency in Tableau, Tableau Server, or SQL
Skills in collecting, processing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Industrial Engineering knowledge to manipulate Excel data and convert it into PowerPoint/PDF
Strong Lean management experience
Experience in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
5+ years’ experience in leading the teams and/or performing a team integrator/technical lead role
Familiarity with creation of instructions and necessary tools or applications for optimization of the working process
Typical Education:
Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience).
