Wage (gross) and other rewards:  Minimum 1800€ / monthly (depending on experiences and quality of the candidate) + quarterly bonus and other benefits in compliance with social benefit program of the company.

About the role: 

• Sterilization and Microbiological lead - EO and Irradiation sterilization for Slovakia

• Leadership and coordination of the company overall performance in terms of satisfying all the prevailing quality requirements laid down in local documents regarding environmental and sterilization control.

• Day-to-day overall responsibility for sterilization and environmental control procedures and instructions

Your key duties and responsibilities:

• To make sure the environmental control is provided according to procedures.

• To confirm whether the sterilization process is in compliance with the requirements

• To raise NC and make a corrective actions if needed

• Prepare the data to make sure there is no negative trend obtain

• Support a new project

• Make evaluation related to microbiology and sterilization

• To make sure all test methods are followed according to procedures.

• To make sure the load is released according to the plan.

• Be part of investigation team in case the issue is related to microbiology or sterilization process.

• Support global colleagues if needed.

• Preparing, reviewing or approval relevant document.

• Update procedures if needed.

About you:

• Min. 3 years of experience in the in laboratory

• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Trained in ISO 13485, MDSAP medical device regulations (preferred)

• Leadership, steadfast expertise and working in cross-functional teams.

• Be able to work independently and prioritize things correctly to meet deadlines

Education / Qualifications: 

• Pharmacist, Microbiologist, laboratory methods or similar relevant education – Bachelor or university degree
