Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager at LCS, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customers. You will work at the intersection of technology, retail, and partnerships to position LCS as a leading commerce platform.

This is a high-impact role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, strong execution, and the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across retail, marketplaces, and adjacent industries
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive demand generation campaigns
  • Work with pre-sales and solution architects to craft compelling proposals and demos
  • Represent LCS at industry events, forums, and client meetings
  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to refine LCS offerings

Years of Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise technology sales

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
  • MBA preferred.

Skill Set Required
