Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and automation needs. Design end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath's suite of products, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant tools.

2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the entire automation lifecycle. Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices are followed in solution development.

3. Implementation: Lead the implementation of automation solutions, including configuring workflows, integrating with existing systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. Ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in UiPath technology and automation best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within existing automation solutions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with UiPath technology, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant tools. Proven track record of designing and implementing automation solutions in enterprise environments.

2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of RPA concepts and principles. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java. Experience with web services, APIs, databases, and other integration technologies.

3. Certifications: UiPath certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or UiPath Certified Solution Architect are highly desirable.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience presenting to senior leadership and executives.

5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

6. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.

7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
