Job Description

Job Summary

Ensures accountable decisions are taken at the right level in the organization, and individuals making decisions are suitably informed about the level of legal risk on all legal related matters. Responsible for providing administrative, legal support related to contract management, risk control, compliance and other legal related matters for the organization.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking licensing and determining when licenses need to be filed, amended,  renewed and withdrawn Determine when licensing business processes need to be amended and manage all aspects of the amendment
  • Responsible for determining when policy, policy related, and other legal forms need to be created, amended or withdrawn
  • Determines when form related business processes need to be changed and manages all aspects of the form revision process
  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines
  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred


Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
