Job Title: SAP MM Inventory Management Senior Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Inventory Management Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing inventory processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Materials Management (MM) modules, and driving efficiency in supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM, inventory management best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM Inventory Management solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Analyze and optimize inventory processes, including stock management, goods receipt, goods issue, transfer postings, and physical inventory.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide innovative solutions to improve inventory management processes.

  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and WM.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM Inventory Management functionalities.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to inventory management processes.

  • Stay updated on SAP MM best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

  • Support data migration, testing, and validation activities during SAP implementation or upgrade projects.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom enhancements or reports as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP MM module with a focus on Inventory Management.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management processes, including stock transfers, inventory valuation, and physical inventory.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, including customizing material master data, movement types, and inventory transactions.

  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other modules (e.g., SD, PP, WM, FI).

  • Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and data analysis.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • SAP certification in MM module is a plus.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
