System Interaction Engineer

Description -

What a System Interaction Engineer does at HP:

  • Partner with the R&D, NPI and Manufacturing teams for both Supplies and Printer organizations to deliver on program deliverables.
  • Define and design System Interaction testing to evaluate product performance and programs intent of meeting or exceeding customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Supplies Quality team to analyze defects, understand root cause and define solutions to improve product quality.
  • Automate and digitize current Test Flow for better efficiency and effectiveness.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Typically, 0-1 years’ experience.
  • Software development, python coding and RPA experience.
  • Strong technical engineering leadership and capabilities.
  • Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution. 
  • Demonstrated analytical and empirical problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates growth mindset hallmark.
  • System thinker, looking for connections, and comfortable with things being dynamic. 
  • Good flexibility and adaptability are key.
  • Possesses strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross function teams.
