We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our PMO and align business needs/goals to the global product strategy, outline and develop program and product solutions, and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity in the sales strategy.

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Solution Architects, Operations, and Project Managers to design and refine best-in-class product and program frameworks, including close collaboration with supporting departments to deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience for new and existing projects, programs, and solutions. This position offers you the opportunity to play a key role in our global PMO’s impact and growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Stakeholder management and engagement of multi-disciplined, multicultural teams to engineer and define the Target Operating model that underpins the Project Objectives
  • Quick assessment and clarification of business requirements and objectives, facilitate workshops to capture “as-is” end to end processes and design the ‘To Be’ business processes and requirements that align with best practices and delivers tangible benefits and efficiencies.
  • Analysis of operational processes and systems to identify performance improvements, process changes and requirements during project lifecycle.
  • Design the ‘to be’ operational processes to reduce processing costs and improve data conformance
  • Working closely with business stakeholders and process owners to define and capture full-end-to-end business requirements ahead of project implementation
  • Lead on creation of requirements traceability matrix and gap analysis
  • Analysis and interpretation of both internal and external business requirements, and use appropriate techniques to refine, decompose, review, and validate requirements
  • Capturing working instructions of “as-is” end to end processes, customers and/or end user journeys and ensure these are accurately recorded
  • Communicating business requirements and new ways of working to operational staff, account teams, and senior management
  • Acting as the primary subject matter expert (SME), from requirements analysis to SIT/UAT/PVT rollout by providing guidance and direction to the technical and operations teams
  • Developing and managing direct relationships with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to ensure the business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities
  • Developing an expert understanding of the technology, solutions, business processes and service lines at Likewize

Requirements/Skills:

  • Prior business analysis and/or product/project management experience with industry best practice techniques such as use case analysis, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping, gap analysis, program delivery, requirements engineering and documentation
  • Experience within the telecom, tech, or extended warranty/insurance industry preferred.
  • Understanding of IT technology concepts, with a working knowledge in software development, system architecture, APIs, Agile methodologies, and web technologies.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Visio, MS Project (or other project planning software)
  • Demonstrated experience as follows:
    • Stakeholder management and big picture planning in collaboration with a broad audience
    • Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team setting
    • Explaining complex concepts in a simple way
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proactive issue resolution and risk mitigation
    • Excellent documentation and organization skills
    • Ability to visualize high-level customer journeys and product solutions
    • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills, including conflict resolution
