About the Role
The Partnership Product and Marketing, Consultant support strategic initiatives to grow insurance sales through third-party partners by supporting the Partnership Distribution (PD) Sales Distribution teams including partners such as Bancassurance (bank partners), Brokerage, and Financial Advisors, while collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders across the organisation to support the strategic initiatives and business growth.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Conceptualise and integrate value propositions and partners’ insights into sales enablement assets including EDMs, internal memos, brochures, placemats, pitch decks, videos, playbooks, objection-handling FAQs and face-to-face engagements to drive product adoption and partner engagement.
Craft product narratives that are easy to understand and relatable for both customers and distribution partners.
Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and plain-language standards across all product marketing materials.
Act as a liaison with PD Sales Distribution teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Actuarial, Investments, Marketing, Brand, and Compliance teams.
Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, identify learning gaps and pain points, and create clear action plans to address them. Manage agencies and budgets to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Tracking and analyse key metrics post content launch, feature adoption and connector revenue to measure the efficacy of partnership-led solutions and providing recommendations for optimization.
Stay informed of emerging trends in the insurance and marketing industries to refine product marketing content.
Manage marketing collateral, marketing and hospitality activities for partners and their customers.
Lead and manage partner communications, including digital portals, to ensure clear and consistent engagement.
Support partner channels through meetings, seminars, and training workshops.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product marketing within life insurance or wealth management, covering savings/endowments, ILP/index-linked, and protection products.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional product marketing, marketing initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact.
Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present with clarity and impact.
Ability to craft compelling narratives, simplify and present complex technical marketing content to both internal executives and external partners.
Strong ability to brief creative teams and translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, simpler and engaging messages.
Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions swiftly, even with incomplete or evolving information.
Skilled at influencing and collaborating across diverse teams to drive initiatives forward and take accountability of outcomes.
Customer-obsessed, with a strong commitment to listening, engaging, and acting in the best interests of customers.
Proficient in MS Words, PowerPoint and Excel.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, often requiring experience with behavioural marketing data and financial analytics.
Proficiency in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, with the ability to proofread and validate translated documents for accuracy and clarity.
Proficiency in using Canva/Adobe Express and Copilot to create marketing content is an added advantage.
