About This Role: As the Associate Director, Field Commercial Training Partner, you will be a crucial member of the Customer Engagement team within the Global CE&O department. Your role is to develop and deploy a comprehensive learning strategy aimed at enhancing the performance of field commercial teams and driving measurable business outcomes. By applying your learning expertise and deep business insight, you will collaborate with key stakeholders, serving as a thought partner to various teams across countries. You will conduct performance and root cause analyses, communicate insights, and select appropriate solutions to achieve performance goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to meeting organizational objectives, adapting and refining learning plans as needed, and ensuring that training interventions align with the product life cycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence global initiatives and support local affiliate capability building.
