As a Digital Health & Ecosystem Lead, you'll collaborate closely with each department, bridging the gap between our digital marketing goals and technical capabilities. In this role, you'll take charge of critical digital initiatives, ensure smooth system operation, and manage local technology services, while holding single-point accountability for Sales, Marketing, and Business Excellence, ensuring the success of the Japan market. You'll harness global, regional, and local technology products and services to achieve our objectives.
Your focus will also be on maintaining high standards of governance and compliance, minimizing risk exposure, and efficiently resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities are:
- Take charge of designing, developing, and implementing digital marketing and healthcare solutions to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and acquire customers through various online channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Create, align, and drive the tech strategy for Marketing, Sales, and Medical departments to (1) support and influence Marketing Strategy in maximizing digital technology and (2) contribute to the overall tech strategy roadmap.
- Identify and address unmet business challenges, including unmet medical needs, by proactively proposing and implementing solutions.
- Influence and spearhead the adoption of advanced digital healthcare solutions in the marketing space, including but not limited to digital marketing.
- Develop strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and brand managers in Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Business Excellence.
- Provide support for the execution of Marketing strategies, including product launches, brand visibility, lead generation, digital marketing customer journey, customer engagement, KPI tracking, SEO, and management of marketing agencies.
- Collaborate closely with Tech peers to guide and direct Product Managers and Squad Leaders in identifying, evaluating, and implementing digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness and automation.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor, measure, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the tech team to generate data-driven insights and make informed marketing decisions.
- As a member of the Japan Tech Leadership Team, lead department-wide initiatives beyond one's own area of expertise.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with Tech peers and external partners at all levels (local, regional, and global).
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members while actively participating in the overall department performance management process by providing proactive feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and technology, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.

- Possesses 10+ years of industry experience in digital marketing with expertise in data standards, security, and governance.
- Has 5+ years of experience at a leadership level, managing end-to-end digital services portfolios and budgets for a business of significant size and complexity.
- Has 3+ years of experience in team management, utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrates proficiency in marketing and/or technology strategy development.
- Exhibits strong skills in managing technical partners and offshore external partners.
- Has experience working in an international environment.
- Recent experience in leveraging modern technologies, such as Computer Vision, AR/VR, and IoT.

- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
