Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role
As Assistant Manager, Campaign Strategy, you will support strategies for how Kohl’s uses content, channels and touchpoints to achieve goals, connect with audiences and create consistent and compelling marketing. This position will collect and synthesise competitive, culture and customer data to make informed decisions on how we approach integrated marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Build communication strategies and frameworks to guide how single ideas come to life

  • Manage campaign touchpoints with all marketing partners, including media, channels and activations teams

  • Proactively partner with teams to outline needs throughout the process and ensure timelines and deadlines are met

  • Develop creative and activations briefs to guide partners on core campaign strategies

  • Lead campaign performance reporting across touchpoints, partnering with analytics, insights and channel reporting

  • Drives content for key initiatives such as localized marketing, and DE&I efforts

  • Research best in class campaigns and marketing trends to advise on actions for future campaigns and inspiration

  • Additional tasks may be assigned


What Skills You Have
Required

  • 3+ years of marketing strategy or related experience

  • Experience influencing change and developing strategy

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent cross-functional partner with the ability to ensure teams understand and follow campaign direction
