performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact
client base in any size cluster/geographical area.

You will be responsible for growing existing business, acquiring new customers, and positioning Maersk as a trusted strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow Existing Business

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet through cross-selling and upselling logistics solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, value creation, and outstanding customer experience.

Win New Business

• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target market segments.
• Generate a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and successfully convert them into sustainable business.

Drive Commercial Excellence

• Lead customer meetings, negotiations, and business reviews.
• Develop compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs.
• Meet and exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Deliver Strategic Solutions

• Understand customer supply chain challenges and align Maersk solutions accordingly.
• Promote our Ocean, Inland Transportation, Depot, First Mile, and LCL offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize their logistics operations.

Collaborate Across Functions

• Work closely with Customer Experience, Customer Success Partners, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Execution teams.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of customer commitments.
• Support strategic initiatives and key market growth priorities.

Maintain High Sales Discipline

• Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline within Salesforce.
• Ensure timely lead follow-up and opportunity progression.
• Adhere to sales activity standards, forecasting processes, and CRM best practices.
