Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The Integration Engineer actively drives discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journey mapping, and functional or application design. They ensure that the technology and business solutions align closely with the client s business requirements, facilitating seamless integration and successful project outcomes through continuous collaboration and strategic consultation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
