POSITION SUMMARY

CVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and passionate leader to join the Digital AEM engineering team tasked with creating a best-in-class content management system and responsible for the development of websites. You will use your engineering and leadership skills to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions through the Adobe suite of products. You should have the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery, and excellent software engineering and people management skills. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, collaborative individual, motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and must have experience developing AEM web applications, reusable components, assets, and integration with Adobe suite of products and services. This candidate will work with diverse business partners and must have the ability to juggle concurrent development efforts. 

As a Senior Manager of the AEM development team, this candidate will have a key role in designing, building, testing, deploying and contributing to the standards of AEM applications.


REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in IT digital project delivery experience

  • 3+ years of programming and development experience for Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital asset management systems (DAM)

  • 3+ years of full stack AEM (Frontend - React/Angular and Backend - Java) development

  • 3+ years of experience using CI/CD tools.

  • 3+ years managing AEM development teams (Frontend and Backend)

  • 3+ years of experience working with any major cloud providers (GCP/Azure/AWS)

  • 2+ years of end to end headed and headless sites delivery implementation experience using CDN (like Akamai, Fastly), F5, web engineering and AEM.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledgeable of the Technology solutions in support of customer journey building operations primarily using AEM including integration with Adobe Target and AEP

  • Strong communication, collaboration, credibility, and influencing skills

  • Proven experience in owning a platform and proactively driving towards excellence

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across many internal and business projects

  • Experience working on digital transformation projects

  • Adobe Certified Expert certification

  • AEM migration and consolidation experience


EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
