About the Role

The Identity and Access Management Team is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated information security specialist who will maintain and enhance the current level of Identity Governance throughout our operational and corporate systems.
You will work with subject matter experts and participate in moderately complex projects ensuring the security and compliance of our systems, networks, physical infrastructure, people and information. You will also contribute to the definition of security procedures/controls/policies, within established guidelines; ensuring they are effective and appropriate for Swift and its customers, and that they are consistent with the company objectives, company reputation and regulatory requirements.

As a member of this team, you will be expected to participate in the delivery and management of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, tools, processes, and technologies including but not limited to:

  • Ensure that account life cycle practices adhere to policy and control mandates and identify areas for improvement

  • Ensure proper level of oversight in use of privileged accounts, creating solutions and procedures to maintain the systems and evidence necessary to preserve non-repudiation of user actions

  • Provide regular reporting and accountability on key metrics and agreed upon deliverables and ensure that the team is performing according to them

  • Assist in the on-boarding of new service areas to IAM governance services

  • Review, create and update technical documentation of operating procedures as well as provide input to maintenance of security controls and procedures used to support them

  • Be accountable for deliverables for IAM participation in audits, security testing, and application of security controls

  • Assist with development, qualification and operational groups on issues pertaining to existing and new security mandates

  • Prepare status reports on security cases to help develop security risk analysis scenarios, response procedures, and provide management with information to advise them on critical issues that may affect customer, or company objectives

  • Acquire knowledge of changing technologies in own area of responsibility, and provide recommendations for adaptation of technologies or policies

  • On-call services (24/7) on a rotational basis

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

  • Typically has 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, RedHat Directory Service, Cisco ISE, and/or Oracle Unified Directory

  • Experience with Identity Access Governance systems (SailPoint IIQ)

  • Experience with Privilege Account Management (PAM) systems (CYBR, DSS)

  • Experience with operating system (Unix, Linux & Windows) and database (Oracle, SQL) level security designs

  • Experience with security control implementation and information security best practices

  • Experience writing technical and procedural documents

  • Experience with MS Office, ServiceNow and Salesforce products

  • XML, JavaBean, PowerShell, or similar scripting experience is an asset
