Minimum
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Enrolled in an approved RN diploma/degree nursing program.
Projected December 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027 future nursing program graduate within good academic standing.
