Overall Purpose of the Role:
Support the Marketing Manager with the implementation of consumer facing transactional marketing campaigns across EMEA, alongside management of campaigns for designated titles with oversight from Manager
Develop and leverage relationships both internally and externally to achieve marketing objectives
Work closely with the Commercial Account Management team to both support the Marketing Manager on priority accounts and lead client relationships & campaign management across designated territories
Areas of Responsibility:
Support the Marketing Manager across all elements of priority campaigns, working closely with agencies to deliver
Campaign management & execution for designated titles, with oversight from the Marketing Manager
Work with the Commercial Account Management team and the digital platforms to negotiate & implement stand-out store partner marketing campaigns.
Support the Marketing Manager on key accounts & lead the relationship with assigned local clients, representing marketing in key meetings and understanding commercial implications
Managing campaign & creative approvals with clients across the film portfolio, maintaining high levels of contact from beginning to end.
Ensure familiarity with marketing guidelines and contribute to the evolution of guidance ensuring that they are always up to date and communicated with key stakeholders
Content specialist for the movie portfolio, communicating updates on new releases and Franchise led marketing activity
Track industry trends and making recommendations to constantly evolve
Support Senior Manager and team with tracking costs, year & quarterly end requirements and raising POs for assigned marketing campaigns across Europe
Ad hoc marketing projects to support the wider team objectives e.g. film screenings for clients, annual marketing strategy, slate presentations
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required:
Proven experience within Marketing at Coordinator or equivalent level, with some experience of working with digital clients
Previous experience in a B2B TV/Film marketing/media environment essential
Degree educated with a relevant degree and passion for the TV/Film/Entertainment industry
Experience of managing external creative/design/marketing agencies
Skills Required:
Evidence of excellent IT skills – particularly PowerPoint, Excel & Word
Good understanding of commercial marketing and creative process
A high level of accuracy, creativity and enthusiasm
Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good flexible approach
Ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative
Excellent communication & presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to provide and share information clearly and concisely
Some experience in Photoshop is desirable
A demonstrable passion for TV and film content and keen interest in the media business
