About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Customer Growth (Comm 1) to join our EMEA Commercial customer success team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 40 existing customers (each <$250k current ARR) and drive expansion, upsell, and retention.

As a strategic farmer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your customers, conducting regular business reviews, identifying whitespace opportunities, and ensuring customers maximize value from the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.

What You'll Do:

Account Expansion:

  • Manage portfolio of 40 existing customers (<$250k current ARR each)

  • Achieve annual expansion ARR target of approximately $900,000

  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 125-135%

Strategic Account Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for each customer

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with 100% of accounts

  • Map stakeholder relationships and identify expansion opportunities

  • Build multi-year growth strategies aligned to customer objectives

Consultative Selling:

  • Identify whitespace and cross-sell/upsell opportunities across CrowdStrike's product portfolio

  • Articulate business value and ROI of expanded deployments

  • Navigate complex buying processes for expansion deals

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure customer health and satisfaction

Customer Advocacy:

  • Serve as voice of customer internally

  • Proactively address risks and prevent churn (<5% churn rate)

  • Drive customer references, case studies, and advocacy

  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores >90%

Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Support

  • Coordinate with hunters on land-and-expand strategies

  • Engage executive sponsors for strategic accounts

What You'll Need:

Required:

  • 4-6+ years of account management or customer success experience

  • Proven track record of driving 120%+ NRR

  • Experience managing 30-50 enterprise accounts simultaneously

  • Strong relationship-building skills at C-level (CISOs, CIOs)

  • Strategic account planning and whitespace analysis expertise

  • Excellent presentation and QBR facilitation skills

  • Salesforce CRM proficiency

  • Fluency in English; additional European language for non-UK markets

Preferred:

  • Cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS account management experience

  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder expansion sales

  • Track record of customer advocacy and reference generation

  • MEDDPICC or similar methodology knowledge
