What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the implementation and scaling of AI technologies that support clinical trials and healthcare applications, ensuring successful delivery of approved initiatives.

• Drive AI projects from early ideation through proof‑of‑concept and operational deployment, collaborating with scientific, operational, and technology stakeholders.

• Partner with internal teams to develop, validate, and enable novel AI models and analytics that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

• Define and own the AI product vision in partnership with Product Management and Technology teams.

• Translate AI capabilities into product features and solutions that deliver measurable customer value and support product differentiation.

• Shape and maintain AI solution roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy, ensuring timely execution of prioritized initiatives.

• Guide internal teams on the adoption and integration of AI solutions through training, enablement resources, and ongoing support.

• Represent AI solutions in strategic planning cycles, governance meetings, and cross‑functional forums to ensure alignment and visibility.

• Promote responsible AI practices and ensure solutions meet regulatory, ethical, and quality standards.

What We Look For

• Master’s degree, PhD, Professional degree, or Postdoctoral studies in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of AI solutions, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or biopharmaceutical environments.

• Strong technical expertise across AI technologies, machine learning models, and data analytics, with an ability to apply them to complex real‑world challenges.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities and a commercial mindset focused on innovation, efficiency, and business impact.

• Proven leadership experience, including cross‑functional team collaboration and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Understanding of regulatory expectations and ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
