Role Responsibilities 

  • You must ensure that all transactions are carried out in accordance with our compliance standards. 

  • You will also address customer queries in a timely manner. 

  • Role Requirements 

  • Experience in customer service in money transfer operations. 

  • Experience in cash handling. 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
