Sales Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team. The overall objective of this role is to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals and sales teams.

Coordinar la ejecución de las actividades operativas, funcionales y administrativas en la región, para asegurar el cumplimiento eficiente de los objetivos comerciales, lo que implica viajar a diferentes lugares de la región asignada.
Responsabilidades:
- Implementación de procesos, estándares y protocolos de operación comercial
- Capacitar a Gerentes y Asistentes en procesos operativos y funcionales
- Gestionar y apoyar a los gerentes de la Región en actividades funcionales como: tutoriales, equipos, control de planta y equipos
- Capacitación en el uso de la tecnología del proceso de atención al cliente (tabletas, aplicaciones, periféricos, etc.)
- Identificar y multiplicar las mejores prácticas de ventas
Requisitos:
Experiencia en ventas, negociación con clientes.

Manejo de paquetería Office básico
Lic terminada / experiencia equivalente
