About the Role

As a Wholesale Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our wholesale operations, focusing on driving sales and developing new customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying high quality customers, reaching out to potential local partners, and onboarding new leads. You’ll be starting at an exciting time where you’ll have the opportunity to build and design a whole new business and work with cross-functional nationwide teams. You will support the team to develop and execute the Wholesale strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue growth, and maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Develop regional growth strategies and manage sales operations across multiple regions to maximize market penetration.
  • Identify and capitalize on new customer opportunities to expand market reach while developing and sustaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Build, develop, and manage a team of Business Development Associates, supporting their growth and fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends, analyze business risks, and develop effective mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishment.
  • Own the P&L for their region,  develop annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives, provide routine and ad-hoc reports to management.
  • Work with the Legal and Food Safety team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships and collaborate to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop future state wholesale systems and technology.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields in the wholesale industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing and leading a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $140,000
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
