1.领导责任Leadership responsibilities

• 作为项目核心团队（CT）的主导负责人，同时也是向高层管理者汇报的团队代表；

Be as a Leader and chairperson of Project Core Team (CT); team representative to senior management.

• 有效管理计划、范围和预算三要素，确保并协同各职能部门、全球其他工作点及外部合作伙伴等达成预期计划；

Effectively manage triple constraint of schedule, scope & budget to achieve predictable outcomes across functions, global sites, ext. partners.

• 指导、激励项目团队的所有成员共同完成项目工作，超越目标，并积极协调并调整绩效差距；

Coach, motivate and inspire project team members (all functions)  to work together, exceed goals, and constructively confront & reconcile performance gaps.

• 推动内外部团队的决策，识别并确保问题和冲突的有效解决。

Driving decision making, inside and outside of the team and identifying and ensuring resolution of conflicts and problems.

团队管理责任Interaction and team management responsibilities

• 积极进行冲突管理，指导团队通过解决危机/突发问题从而建立合理计划，在危机管理中有效支持领导团队；

Constructively manage conflict and coach teams to work through and around threats/ disruptions to established plans. Effective champion and lightning rod for team in times of crisis.

• 作为项目沟通和信息汇总的中心，同时也作为公司项目利益相关者的沟通者；

Be the central communication and information point for the project, and key networker with project stakeholders across the company.

• 促进团队达成共识，共有权和共同责任。

Promoting a common understanding, joint ownership and responsibility.

• 建立计划和计划工具，包括根据风险等级和紧急情况制定具体的工作任务，资源的分配，在已批准的预算中的风险储备金等；

Create plans and schedule tools that include specific tasks and assigned resources corresponding to risk mitigations and contingencies, include risk reserves in approved project budget.

开发能力Development responsibilities

• 参与公司的项目管理流程和技能的开发。

Participating in development of project management processes and skills of the organization

上级分配的其他临时性任务。

Help complete temporary task assigned by supervisor.
