Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of key applications and systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively monitor and maintain network infrastructures. - Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues. - Implement network security measures to protect data and systems. - Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network monitoring tools like Wireshark. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Hands-on experience in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE, MCA equivalent or above is required.
