The Red Hat Product Security team is looking for a Senior Product Security Engineer to serve as the Product Owner for our Security Automation team. In this hybrid leadership and engineering role, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the internal tooling and automation that secures workflows and development. You will act as the bridge between our security engineers and internal stakeholders, ensuring we are building the right tools to solve the most critical security challenges.
You will be responsible for prioritizing the development of security testing infrastructure, CI/CD integrations, and business logic verification tools. While this is a strategic role, it requires a strong technical background to understand the complexities of the work, effectively manage the backlog, and champion the adoption of AI-driven security solutions. You will empower the team to deliver high-value automation that protects our customers and accelerates Red Hat's engineering velocity.
Our role is open as onsite/hybrid in our offices (Milan, Brno, Waterford, Barcelona, Madrid, Dublin, Cork) or remote in Poland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Ireland.
