As Clinical Operations Analyst II, you will provide onsite training and direct support to caregivers in the proper and optimal use of clinical information systems. Under the supervision of the designated Manager and Administrative leadership, your efforts will help caregivers better understand necessary systems, such as the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). While in this position, you will also have opportunities to explore professional development and career advancement within Cleveland Clinic.
A caregiver in this position works days from 7:30AM – 5:00PM.

Strong clinical background and knowledge of patient care setting and clinical practice
Extensive Epic experience, including support, documentation, go-lives and upgrades
Experience creating and running reports using Tableau, Excel, SQL
Experience in troubleshooting, education and training of clinical applications
