Junior Project Engineer

You will lead small projects and support actively the big projects from order to customer handover in close cooperation with internal and external resources to deliver projects on time, according to the scope and company quality standards.

Your main roles will be to:

  • Admin task: create project and do other tasks in the ERP system. In charge or mechanical drawing distribution to production
  • Review scope of small project and execute drawings using AutoCAD (P&ID).
  • Update the project schedule, talk with suppliers, follow-up bought-out items delivery, detailed drawings and manufacturing progress status.
  • Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, be mindful of the project budget when selecting equipment and maintain budget files updated.
  • Understand Process functionality and help preparing functional description for automation engineers.
  • Maintain project folder in the server with relevant and updated data.
  • Transmit the relevant information to the on-site installation and commissioning leader.
  • Participate during commissioning phase and handle technical discussions with customers.
  • Record Process parameters and performance test results.
  • Support the client during the first production runs.

The main required skills to have and to develop are:

  • Well organized in work.
  • Problem-solving skill and pragmatic approach
  • Professional spoken and written Thai and English.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Be able to be multitasks
  • Process Engineering knowledge .

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Engineering
  • University degree in Process or mechanical Engineering, Food/Chemistry Technology or equivalent.
