Job Description

THE ROLE

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a customer-centric Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by supporting the Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers by ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring workflow. This work will have a major impact on the candidate experience, our employer brand, and a candidate’s decision to join Bose!

Responsibilities typically will include, but not be limited to:

Scheduling and Coordination: In strong partnership with the Talent Acquisition Advisors, arrange complex virtual and on-site interview schedules between candidates, various departments, admins and hiring managers to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact for candidates for interview coordination, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process, and providing updates on their interview process.

Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing I-9 verifications, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and working with the recruitment team to implement changes.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring that recruitment practices comply with legal and organizational standards, and preparing reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

Project Management: Support ad-hoc projects as needed such as: coordinating internal programming, external recruiting events, employer branding campaigns, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of Talent Acquisition Coordinating experience managing a high volume of coordination requests.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Customer-Centric mindset with a proven ability to proactively engage candidates and internal stakeholders to coordinate hiring process efficiently.

Proficient with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite products.

Excellent written communication skills.

Demonstrated experience enhancing the candidate experience.

A strong preference in previous experience with automation scheduling tools.
