Job Description:

Primary responsibilities of a R&D Operations Leader are development, coaching and direction of employees and work groups and accountability for R&D operations and services (including EHS) for Safety & Industrial Business Group (SIBG) R&D team located in China Hong Kong. Communicates management goals and exemplifies corporate values to assigned personnel. Usually provides direction to technical supervisors and/or more than one work group or project. Manages and influences strategic direction of the organization.

The key roles & responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Lead/support the development of SIBG R&D strategy and take the lead in strategy execution tracking and reporting.

• Develop and implement CHK R&D assets and resource strategy in accordance to local business and global strategy

• Develop and implement CHK ideation, prioritization & NPI execution process across technology platform laboratories; Manage tracking & reporting for local/global visibility and timely improvement.

• Ensure Product and Lab safety standards are maintained in CHK labs and lead the Journey to Zero

• Manage and deliver shared Project Manager services for CHK SIBG Top NPI commercialization effectiveness.

• Manage SIBG contents in Customer Innovation Centers, including strategy and operations
