The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $400,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Description:

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mass General Brigham – Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a high-volume, well-established, and collaborative division. This is an excellent opportunity to practice advanced gynecologic surgery while contributing to education, research, and multidisciplinary care within a leading academic community hospital.

About the Opportunity:

· High-volume surgical practice with dedicated OR time

· Advanced in-office resources including hysteroscopy and ultrasound

· Strong clinical support including nursing and administrative teams

· Established MIGS Fellowship program with teaching opportunities

· Collaborative, multidisciplinary endometriosis care team

· Opportunities for research, innovation, and quality improvement

· Robust benefits offerings including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

Responsibilities Include:

· Performing complex minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic robotic surgery

· Providing high-quality, patient centered care in both surgical and outpatient settings

· Teaching and mentoring MIGS fellows, residents, and medical students

· Participating in clinical research and scholarly activities

· Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

· MD or DO degree

· Board certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

· Completion of an AAGL-accredited MIGS (Complex Benign Gynecology) fellowship

· Expertise in advanced laparoscopic, robotic surgery, and hysteroscopy

· Demonstrated interest in clinical research and mentorship

· 3-5 years of post-fellowship experience preferred
