We are seeking a passionate integrated marketer to help manage cross-channel brand initiatives and help shape how OpenTable shows up in the world. This is an operational and strategic role within the Diner Marketing team to manage marketing initiatives in the US market. The ideal candidate has a passion for the food and restaurant world as well as follows the evolution of digital marketing (Social, Display, Video, etc) and is interested in developing brand storytelling on numerous platforms.

This opportunity will play a key role within marketing initiatives for OpenTable. This role will partner with cross functional teams both internally and externally for project management and marketing support.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead marketing coordination for marketing projects, including managing marketing go-to-market executions, and timelines

  • Partner with sales and marketing leads to coordinate restaurant specific campaigns, promotions and event marketing

  • Partner with the events team to manage marketing support for local and industry events

  • Analyze business data and synthesize insights to drive local and national diner marketing initiatives

  • Monitor market trends to find opportunities and report on marketing activities

  • Partner with cross functional teams to build landing page hubs

 

Please apply if:

  • 5-8 years experience in a brand marketing, project management, or account management role for a leading agency or consumer brand

  • Extremely strong project management skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally with many stakeholders throughout the organization

  • Coordination and execution of brand marketing creative and clear understanding of creative development process

  • Experience implementing campaigns across various channels (email, digital, social, PR, CRM)

  • Vendor management experience

  • Diplomatic, effective communicator

  • Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic with high attention to detail

  • Very strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects, comfortability moving throughout projects

  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Monday.com or AirTable

  • Proficient in Google Suite

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is $111,000-120,000 CAD.

In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
