EDUCATION • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable • Previous studies in accounting, finance or other relevant field CERTIFICATIONS • [Include information as needed.] WORK EXPERIENCE • Familiarity with a business environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Knowledge of banking operations and regulations a plus FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Willingness to learn: • commercial or corporate account banking systems and processes • cash management, payment operations or other deposit services • accounting principles and compliance regulations • regulatory and reporting requirements FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS • Communicates effectively • Is detail-oriented and focused • Learns while doing • Develops analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Exercises sound judgement and strives for continuous improvement • Demonstrates optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideas • Follows curiosity • Actively listens and asks thoughtful questions • Leverages available technology to achieve efficiency and results • Engages inclusively and with intent • Always acts with integrity RESPONSIBILITIES • The Commercial Account Operations Administrator contributes to the success of processing account transactions by supporting: • onboarding clients into the system, opening and closing accounts and conversions in accordance with compliance, legal and regulatory requirements • accurate processing of incoming and outgoing data • escalating data quality issues • preparing various reporting and required documentation
